2 days before Christmas and you have 1 register open ... Im actually currently 15 people back... This is ridiculous. You would think before the Holidays they would have more help .
One female employee was hostile toward another employee. It was very unprofessional. The brunette seemed to get emotional as the other told her to make herself useful even though the other stated she was much too early to clock in and could not get her register set up due to company policies. Sue was being agitated and aggressive with supplies and products, putting them into sorted baskets at the front. Rolled her eyes and grumbled a lot. Did not like this attitude. Will not go back.
I stood at the check out line and watched three different employees acknowledge me standing there but none of them came over. There was a male and female that went into a front room and started getting heated with one another and I heard what sounded like yelling from the female. I know this isn't a high end store but you guys could at least make it appear like you care about your jobs and are halfway professional. This came across as very rude and not customer focused at all. Customers shouldn't be overhearing your petty fights... That's how you lose out on business. There's gotta be some older, more mature Manager there that actually cares about the store and its customers.
