GO SEE JORDAN KLEINER. He helped me out tremendously! He is such a sweet man and really guided me towards the right direction on buying the perfect patio furniture specifically tailored to my needs. He really looked out for me and made buying furniture such a pleasant experience. He really cares for his clients and being in the hospitality industry, this means EVERYTHING to me. You don’t get the vibe that he’s trying to make a sale out of you AT ALL. He’s super professional and genuinely CARES for the well-being of his clients. It’s APPARENT he loves what he does because it is reflected in the way he treats others. AMAZING EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! I want to go back already and buy more furniture!!
The salespeople are friendly and courteous. Our salesman was Jordan and he was encouraging but not pushy. The other salesmen were willing to help as well when I had gone into the store and Jordan was not there. The store manager, Luis, was helpful and supportive to Jordan while ringing up our order. He was there to answer any questions we had during our order. Luis goes above and beyond to make sure his staff is happy, and to make sure that the customers are satisfied. I had an error in my delivery and Luis fixed it, as well as personally contacted a representative to help me, and made sure I was taken care of. I would go back to RTG Patio or recommend to family and friends. Luis is a happy and ethical man and he kept us smiling each interaction! I hope this review helps.nVikki
Extremey bad experience talking to the store manager. His quick answer to me was to call customer service. After He sent me to talk to customer service he left the phone line open and made fun of my request with another employee. By the way I was not asking for anything crazy just for them to honor an offer.nnUnbelievably bad customer service. I regret I spent close to $5,000 in that store. ud83dude1ennNo need for me to send you an email. I have no words to describe how great the service from Maria and Luis was when we’re buying our patio furniture at the store. We’ve been waiting for years to get the right pieces and Maria took us through all the options they had and making sure those options fit our needs. She was kind, professional, very savvy about fabrics, treatments and little details that no one tells you, and very patient while we make our mids and build the order. Luis was amazing too putting everything together and advising about warranties and the nitty-gritty. Can't wish for more! They made our shopping experience amazing and very satisfactory. If you go to the Pembroke Pines store, ask for Maria, she's the best!
Jordan helped my husband and I pick out a beautiful patio set and fire pit for our yard! He was informative, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you again Jordan!
