Joshua, was an amazing representative!!! Courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He was attentive, he listened more than he spoke and was not forceful. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. From the time that I walked in Kevin at the Pembroke Pines location has been extremely professional and helpful. He educated me on the different types of mattress while helping make my decision without any pressure. There were some delays from the manufacture due to covid that was beyond their control but they did everything possible to resolve the issue and make sure I was satisfied. If ever looking for a mattress please go here you will not regret it.
Amazing place. Saved alot of money on my bed and frame. The sales associate was very helpful and made the experience a very comfortable one like my new mattress. He was so educated on all the different products the store had to offer. Its definitely a place I recommend.
My Mom , myself and my Grandmother together Went to purchase a mattress set . I have to say it was a very enjoyable experience. They we very patient, knowledgeable and professional. All Covin precautions in place. Need a mattress I would recommend stepping in or make an appointment like we did. You would be disappointed.
