I attempted to have my closets done by this company on two occasions. First let me start by saying all the staff is beyond nice. Super sweet and professional when you talk to them. The reason why I didn’t do my closets with them- they never provided the designs and/or never got back to me. The first time the man came, designed but never followed up. At that time I had a lot going on so I just let it go and personally never followed up. The second time they came, measured and told me they would get back to me. The lady said she was going away for the weekend so she would try to get my designs as soon as possible. Over a week later still did not hear anything. At this point I contacted the office and the manager Lisa got back to me. She rushed my designs and all was great except I got the designs for two closets but not my pantry. I emailed back asking about the pantry. It has now been 5 days and no one has responded. At this point I will never give them my business. If you want a company to waste your time then this is them. Otherwise go with absolutely anyone else.

Alonso and Chris were great! They were here on time and not to mention they did a great job installing my new closet. They left no mess once they were done and cleaned all the surfaces! That’s a plus! Lisa, who designed my closet was also very good and helped me put together the right design for my walk in closet and with my budget in mind. Overall very satisfied! Thank you to all the team at Closet by Design!

Lisa helped design my closet and I couldn’t be any happier. She is very professional and knows her work. There team of installers were here as they said and on time. Excellent work clean and fast. Thanks again for all your support. I highly recommended this company.

We made a MAJOR decision to redo an entire bedroom in to a MASTER closet and we felt very good hiring Closets by Design. Their prices were fair and we liked the attentive customer service. The FINAL closet turned out better than we expected and we LOVE IT. They were on time, professional installers and really listened to our minor modifications on site while they worked. They really impressed us and we would highly recommend them.

We recently did our master closet and the experience was incredible! From sales to installation everyone is so professional and knowledgeable the experience was incredible! Specially with one of their employees the installer Alonso who came with Chris. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family..
