I went to rooms to go, to get bedroom set was helped by Otto, very professional and not extremely pushy. He explained all the features and payment plans. I was very pleased with my purchase. It was such a pleasant experience. I be back again when I need something else.
In rooms to go kids Daniel was the freaking best I am so glad we ended up working with him. And in rooms to go jose was pretty cool.
I received dinning furniture today with a big scratch on the table. This happened at 10:50 this morning I haven't spoken to customer care yet and its 3:26pm. One of the drivers didn't wear a mask the entire time he was here. My bed room set is king size and boards were left. They didn't tell me what they were for. Just left when finish. Poor service today and I have bought living room, dinning room family room and bedroom furniture in the last 3 months and more order is still not complete. I am very dissatisfied.

What a sad state of affair went in to buy funiture for my son ud83eudd74 ha ha the sales man Juan told him I wanted a simple set for my son! Oh we have something on sale I said perfect! I like the set . I tell him I don’t the mirror can he switch for the bunky board , no there the same cost. He tells me there’s a delivery and set up fee also! I ask for the mgr Alex he says the same thing !!! Doesn’t even pretend to try and help. That’s our fee and no one works for free, oh ok Im buying something from you and if you contract out the work that’s between you and them! Plain flat out rude! My hard working dollars won’t support your business . Next furniture store !!!
