Hello,nMy son and I were shopping for new furniture. City Furniture was our second stop of the day. We dealt with Brian S. who met us at the door when we entered. We spent a half hour going over options with Brian on how to furnish our new apartment. Brian had a lot of patience with us and was extremely knowledgeable on the items that were in the showroom. Brian brought us to a successful decision on what to buy. Brian is a true professional and a credit to City Furniture.
Yesterday, I met the most pleasant salesman ever. Bernie greeted us when we entered and answered all our questions. I appreciate being able to browse without being pressured in any way. Quality furniture lots selection.
I do not have an issue with the particular store but I initially did have a problem with the customer service and warranty department who were slow in responding to a quality concern over the phone. However, they did respond promptly to my google review and have resolved the issue to my satisfaction. My confidence in city furniture has been restored as standing by its product and delivering good customer support.
I purchased my entire bedroom set from Infan Ali. He was a great salesman and followed up with me on my order every step of the way. I highly recommend him. Everything was super easy with premium delivery - the team set up my furniture in less than 30 minutes!
