This location was great. Clean and organized. Joe helped me and I have to say it’s the best customer service I have received. He went above and beyond and helped me for almost an hour. I am a first time mother so the guidance and help ordering all the items I needed was so appreciated. He even assisted with loading items in vehicle. Thank you for amazing service.

This P. Pines store has THE WORST customer service!nThey are slow, they don’t care to be helpful or quick, went for a return after paying casks, they insisted on returning store credit I didn’t want or need.nFYI buy from Amazon!

The customer service here is terrible. Whether you’re in person or calling by phone, TERRIBLE. You’re better off calling the general customer service number rather than the store. The best option is to find another store brand entirely. Target is a good alternative. We will never shop with buybuy baby again.

After receiving our 399$ double stroller off our buy buy registry in the mail, we opened it to see if it would fit our toddler. After finding it would not fit my toddler, my husband packed it back into the box and drove it to the store to return. Manager Bobby was extremely unprofessional and would not allow us to return the stroller because the box was open, even though it had been paid for full price. We will not be returning to this store and will be contacting corporate. This store continues to be extremely dirty, no product in store and you are almost forced into buying everything off of the online store anyways. Save your time, order off Amazon.

Called today for a swaddle that we needed for about baby and spoke to Joe. He was kind enough to hold it for me until I picked it up.nnWhen I got there and checked out the lady at customer service asked me if I had a coupon. I replied with “no”.nnJoe said “you can make your purchase now then come back with the coupon and will give back the difference”. I agreed.nnThen all of a sudden he comes back and says “Hang on one second” He went ahead and applied a coupon for me anyway. I was mind blown!nnTalk about great customer service? Joe clearly displayed that today. I was so overwhelmed with excitement that at that moment if I could’ve hugged him I would’ve. Lol!nnThanks Joe and keep up the amazing work!
