Great experience! Jasmine helped me pick out items perfect for me and my space. She took the extra time to make sure I could get what I need when I needed it, that I was comfortable (literally) in the sofa that I was purchasing & to visually show me how it would fit in my space. She also gave great suggestions for other items that would finish my design. I can’t wait to get my new furniture!
I want to Thank La-Z-Boy in Pembroke Pines Fl for taking the time and helping me choose the perfect recliner. I was not sure but had in my mind what I wanted! Linda walked the floor with me even after showing me what she thought would work. But I wanted to see more and she continued one after another. LaZBoy is a great company. We purchased our first set of living room furniture from them when we first moved into our home almost 10 years ago. The leather couches are still in excellent condition even with small kids jumping on them every now and then. Purchased a new recliner for myself three months ago. I sat and tried several of them in store and finally purchased the perfect recliner. The recliner is plush, comfortable, not too big, and the fabric is cool and a beautiful off white color. Despite the pandemic delays, the construction of my recliner and delivery were faster than I expected. Their quality is great and their customer service at the Pembrome Pines location is also great.
I recently visited the La-Z-boy Store in Pembroke Pines and Tiffany and her coworkers were very warm and welcoming. They were knowledgeable and helpful and that’s refreshing during these tough times. Thanks team for a nice visit keep up the good work!
