Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Specifically Bing was truly the perfect example of what excellent customer service is!! She helped us with every question we had and walked us over to exactly what we needed. I couldn’t have been happier with our trip to Lowes. The rest of the staff were also so kind to take care of us even though we stayed a little after closing. An excellent store indeed!
Just leaving this store to go to home depot. Busy weekend with only 1 register open. Self checkout had only 1 person assisting, 3 out of 4 needed assistance. Employee spent about 10 minutes assisting 1 customer. Queue management is a basic thing taught in most business school. I advise this store looks into it. I left ALL my items on the side and headed out. Future lost sales I guess.
Very nice place, came for Christmas decorations and they didn't disappoint. I loved the fact that nobody was harassing to make a decision, I took my time a bought what I liked. Lots of parking space and the store was easy to find
This Davie store always has what I need including good quality oak and birch plywood. Also the right hardware for my wood projects. At this moment they are remodeling some so aisles are a bit narrow in the lumber area but I had no problem getting through and find what I need. Never have experienced a long line at register. Folks are friendly.
Brad in the appliances dept is a great person to deal with. I hope his company appreciates him.
