I must say this is the best El Dorado store I’ve come across. Pedro Baez was exceptional. He provided Tremendous customer service. I would definitely go back and work with Pedro again. Great knowledge of the furniture and excellent follow up.
Walking into the store was an experience in itself. Although the service the best part. Jorge L. Garcia was an amazing salesman; he got me the product I needed and kept me updated. He answered any and all questions I had and also led me to the perfect piece.
We went to the Pembroke location today to return a piece and switch out a table we ordered. Jauna Martinez took great care of us and the staff there did a great job. The furniture at this location is nicer than all the other locations we’ve visited. It’s bigger, more selections, and the decoration is very welcoming and well put together. I definitely look forward to making more purchases here in the future.
Karen H. made my purchase and delivery as fast and easy as could be. I walked in the door knowing what I wanted and she delivered with the best options, availability, and delivery dates. I was helped throughout and she made sure my delivery arrived and that everything went well. The furniture has been great so far and I am enjoying it a lot. I will certainly be back at El Dorado for my next purchases and will definitely look for Karen when I do.
We have a wonderful experience with Victor Corraliza. From the moment we walked in, to three of our purchases, his customer service is above and beyond and currently unmatched. After one of our purchases of a sofa battery pack and dealing with a defective battery he made sure the replacement was made with no up charge. Thank you so much!
