I honestly couldn’t wait to get home just to write this review. I received EXCEPTIONAL service today from Christy! She’s so down to earth and personable. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Even though I’m really picky and indecisive, she was patient with me the entire time. Very knowledgeable about furniture and home decor! The other associates were very attentive as well. 5 stars for this store!

Stay away from them!!! Worst experience ever! Bought a king size bed and a king size memory foam mattress last month.nIt started off with the mattress not straightening to how it’s supposed to be. The bottom part of it was curved up. Getting a hold of customer care has been an absolute nightmare! Hours of waiting for someone to pick up. If you leave a number to call you back - they never do! A MONTH later they sent a replacement and then we find out by the installers who delivered it that It’s actually the wooden bed rails that are defective. We could actually see how bent they are (curve upwards) which makes the whole lower part of the mattress bounce up. Another two hours on the phone to have someone from customer care pick up and now I have to wait another two weeks for someone to come look at it!nStore managers tell you to deal with customer care directly. Then customer care treat you like another number on their list and don’t care about how frustrated you are. This experience is absolutely unpleasant and I do not recommend shopping with them!

Sales representative was courteous, attentive and patient. We were not rushed into a decision, and the manager also worked closely with us to obtain the desired product. Prices are also competitive, and several payment optipns or discount available.

Quality of what was delivered does not match what was on display. I purchased a large, pricy sectional in 2019. The seat cushions are not evenly stuffed (or whatever you call the filling) and some parts of the sofa are just flat out lumpy. It's weird to have people sit on it and notice how 1 seat sinks in while others don't. I thought maybe the sofa had a break in period. I'm a busy professional who travels weekly, so the couch wasn't sat on frequently and I thought eventually it would even out. We're past that now. I've had it less than a year but long enough to know it's not a good quality sofa and I feel short-changed, like I did not get what I paid for. There's not much to do about it now. I regret buying the sofa and won't buy any more furniture from Ashley. Buyer beware. The service at this location is great... I don't like product quality.

WOW! Justin Foreman provided us with exceptional customer service. I genuinely believed he was the manager there. Thank you so much for being so patient and helpful during our entire purchase. I will not be going anywhere else to buy my furniture, I do live in Miami but I don't mind making the drive. I had such a positive experience. He had the answer to all of our questions and concerns. Ask for Justin, you will not be disappointed!
