Rafael is the absolute best!! He didn’t rush or pressure us and really let us take our time to choose the BEST option for us. He was SO knowledgeable, and very helpful. We ended up getting a mattress, pillows and an adjustable base that we are really excited about. This is the first store that we came to, and we originally planned to go to a few places, but after Rafael helped us we felt so great about the choice we made and felt no need to look any further! He saved us so much time, and gave us so much of his time and knowledge. Thanks so much Rafael!
Shopping for our new mattress was way less painful then we anticipated. Jose was very informative. Educated us on the different options and gave us plenty of time to try out different mattresses and features until we knew what we wanted. No pressure at all. Highly recommend.

I just made a purchase at this Mattress Firm location and I’m very pleased with the service that was provided by the team (Ana, José and Henry)! They took all the time I needed to educate me on the various products, offering an in-depth explanation about features on different mattresses and adjustable bases. (I didn’t even know I wanted an adjustable base until I tried it out.) I’m glad I came to this store and I’m excited to start getting better sleep!!
