customer service was poor. Don’t buy anything there!!!
Z gallerie has beautiful items but their customer service is an atrocity. I purchased Christmas ornaments online for pick up and drove from Pembroke Pines to boca raton only for the store to be closed of which I was not advised. I was told to call customer service after picking up my items for a compensation only to be told once I had picked them up that they were unable to do so. One of the ornaments that I picked up was also broken the string to hang it had come out and now I have to fix it on my own. Terrible customer service for such an expensive store. Extremely disappointed.
Do Not Buy anything online from Zgallery. They ship you damaged out items from the stores, and as if that wasn’t bad enough then give you a hard time and don’t allow exchanges. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So if you must waste your money on anything from here make sure you buy in person, so you can actually see what you are getting.nnAlso had to come to google to post review because there website will not allow you to post any reviews with 1 star. gives you an error everytime
The selection is beautiful. A bit pricy and needs more variety.
Be warned, do not take delivery from this store, we were sold an item that they did not have on stock, 2 weeks after we had to call to find out that they had cancelled our order with no plans to give us refund or let us know, its been 2 months and every time I call they say they’re very sorry but they are still “processing my refund”. Thieves.
