You can't beat the prices, and the customer service is unparalleled! I have been to the Faith Farm furniture stores and thrift stores multiple times to make purchases for myself and my grandmother. The associates are always very kind and sociable. The prices of the furniture is unbeatable, and I cannot believe how cheap the delivery fees are! The furniture floor was clean and tidy, and we found some amazing deals! On 3/1/2021, we were assisted by Jonathan L. who was very helpful and funny. His upbeat attitude was very appreciated, because I had been having a very stressful day. He was very knowledgeable and was sure to ask our names and use them. He was hard working, and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would make sure to find the answer.nThey were very easy going to get me scheduled promptly for furniture delivery, and most items include free assembly. In the past, we had furniture delivered to my grandmother multiple times, and she said everyone was very nice, hardworking, tidy, and helpful! She got some of the furniture that they make themselves as part of the program, and it is very beautiful and high quality.nThis is an amazing program for participants and the community. Some items can be pricey... But most are reasonable. Lots of furniture... Knick knacks... Lots of books. Apparently, they changed the pricing on records. 78 rpm records which used to be a buck each, are now $2-$3 each. Found lot of them broken or damaged. Bah humbug!

I brought a so called new furniture for my mom for this 2020 Christmas. They said I was getting a brand-new 3 piece furniture but instead gave me the actual floor display when I went to pick it up. It was damage. I was so sad. I spent $1500. I couldn't return it because I already threw away her old one. They didn't even try to give me some money back or anything. So disappointed ☹ufe0f
