Have been trying to get an above ground pool for some time, but really was not feeling confident when calling around. Some places wanted me to jump through hoops just to get an approx price, while others seemed too busy for my business.nWhile I was in my car sitting in a pharmacy drive through lane, just googling any other places I could call, I found Rec Pool and Spa. I called and Richard answered the phone. Before I could even ask, he knew exactly the information I would need.nFrom the first couple of sentences, it was apparent Richard knew above ground pools. He quoted me approx price over the phone, without me even having to ask. Of course I would need to go into the store to sit and meet him, but this gave me a good idea of what I would spend.nHe made me feel so comfortable, I headed over as soon as he said he had an opening.nRichard definitely believes in the pools he sells. I purchased one and am waiting for install. So, this is not final review, but just a review of how knowledgeable, kind and overall pleasing it was to work with Richard. IF you want a pleasant experience in buying a pool or spa, ask for Richard, he will not let you down!nnI will come back to review the actual pool, install and experience once the pool is in! We were recommended Rec Pool & Spa by a friend and after going and meeting Steven, I can highly recommend this place for any pool and spa purchases. Steven took his time to explain everything to us especially that we have never owned a pool. He was extremely helpful. Honestly, we felt so comfortable with the whole process that we did not feel the need to price shop anywhere else. We are very excited for our pool to be delivered and installed. You will not regret it!!! Check them out and ask for Steven!!!
Amazing experience! Rich was super helpful, he informed us of all the different choices we had. The pools are extremely nice and great quality with super amazing guaranty. The prices can’t be beat and he even gave some extra bonuses for our purchase. 100% recommend.
We purchased a Wellis spa from this company that seems to be possessed. The salesman was great and all was well, until the spa arrived... Though it seems to be a product issue, everyone has been great trying to figure out this continuing saga of problems. Jeff, the repair man, has been awesome. Addressing each issue as it arises. Though we are still waiting for our spa to operate properly, I can say he had been diligent in trying to resolve the issues. Thanks Jeff! Hey finally working after a month. Now the spa is great!
I just walked in to price an above ground pool for this summer and ended up buying a pool! Richard was so knowledgeable and professional . He was patient with all my questions and he knew what was best for my family to have a wonderful time. He had all the answers to the ins and out of the business.
