I brought some plows for my sailboat to London Stichery for new cases. I got back perfect zippers and seams that were flawless. I'm already planning a new set of cushions for the v-birth for my next project with Tracey. Her insight on materials and process is spot-on. She guided me to make good decisions on both well within my budget.
If I could give zero stars I would. I work on a luxury yacht. We asked her to resize our Duvet covers. They were too big we needed them smaller. She used the length measurement as the width and made the $18,000 sheets too small. Tracy was rude, ignorant, insisted she was right. She was wrong. She did spend two days fixing everything in time so u can give her that. But I would not recommend

I have had Tracy do a lot of work for and the quality of her work is the best I’ve seen. And I have used lots of people in the past and no one did such a perfect finish.
