I unfortunately don't own one of these awesome glider tables but I LOVE sitting in them at Cantina Sol Restaurant in N. Fort Myers!! I wish I could afford one myself.. So comfortable, Love the little glide movement, canopy Lets you enjoy sitting outside longer on sunny days.. ud83dudc9cud83dudc99❤

Ordered a replacement side rail 4 months ago and paid for it. Still have not received it and get no response from them as to when they will ship. Thought they were a great company but my opinion has changed. This is no way to treat a return customer !!!! Poor business practice. Nobody is that busy that they can't return a message !

I loved these Roller Gliders at Rudees in Virginia Beach. It has now been 15 years since I saw them and loved them so much I wanted one for myself at my home. I was able to order easily and pick out fabrics etc. It was made and delivered in August 2014 from florida. It was about $6000.00 for the 6 person model. Ever since day one it has been problematic with very poor support if any. The rocker would click annoyingly every time I went back and forth( it was really good for about 2 weeks then downhill). I called and called and did all the things they said to do( which for that kind of money I expected it to be perfect) and to no avail. He had a friend who lived close to come by and work on it one night. He was here an hour to an hour and a half and it seemed to work well when he left after he lubed and leveled everything etc.( which was done on initial setup). Then it returned to its annoying clicking. Then the cupholders that came with it were all cracking badly so they told me they would make me four more and mail them to me. John Orzel ( the owner ) said whoever made them did not make them correctly. I have emailed monthly for the last 8 months with NO return emails. I would call periodically and speak to someone named Maria ( very pleasant ) who said they were making them and would mail them as soon as they were done. Just tried to call again and no answer this week. No replacement cupholders x 8 months. Crickets. I am still holding out hope?. The glider is now rubbing on the ends if anyone more than just me sits in it. It appears to be warping and is scraping at the top and bottom pieces. They either need a larger wheel or they cut too much wood away for the glider causing this weakness and warping. I am almost resigned to contracting with a master carpenter to fix all issues which I should NOT have to do. I would like to get a good one or return this one BUT no answer and no email. Frustrated and just want it to work like it is suppose to do. Do NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU GET SOME ASSURANCES AND HAVE A MONETARY RECOURSE. I DO NOT. BOYDnnAddendum ( 6/5/2020 )- The only contact points on the base were on the four corners which caused the bottom wood to get out of level or bowed. I added some mid base supports on top of the deck which has slowly leveled( taken out the bow) of the base wood and now that the base is back to level the wood scraping/touching on the ends has gone away with gliding. There was some confusion about placing this on composite deck which was not the issue as presumed. The deck it sits on was totally designed for this type of composite decking with correct joist intervals. The deck is level with a 4 foot level but the wood on the base was not and sagging in the mid portion.nnI did have one of the arms break and they were great and sent me a new one which I have sealed and will replace soon. 2 thumbs up for this. They wanted me to take my initial review down but couldn't do that but I have modified it as above.
