My stair carpet needed a replacement so I did a search for carpets in my area. Dolphin had five stars so I gave them a call. I spoke with Bentley who was very informative and welcoming. When I got to the store, he not only showed me exactly what I needed but also answered all of the questions I had. Service is very fast, I’m happy with my choice of Dolphin carpet. Ask for Bentley!
Andre at the Deerfield Beach Dolphin store is the best. As I explained what kind of carpeting I wanted, he took me through all the price ranges and really listened. He followed through by ordering and measuring the very next day and let me borrow a sample so I could get matching paint. Professional, friendly and expert advice.
First time I ever went to a dolphin carpet and tile store, after leaving Lowes and Home Depot looking for carpet completely frustrated because no one could help. I went into dolphin carpet and tile and was greeted by Andre. He was knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and was able to help me with any question I asked whether it be regarding carpet or tile link for our floor. I only purchased carpet but will be back for porcelain tile in the next couple of weeks. Thank you For having sales associates that actually can help!
Finally found the tiles I wanted! Bentley and Brett were extremely helpful they let us sample the tiles they ordered for us. We got an incredible deal, will definalty be using them for future reference. They had tiles other stores didn't have with equally good prices. We had gone to multiple stores and could not find a style we wanted.
Great store. Very nice tile selection.nOur consultant was Brent Myers. Once we explained to him our requirements, he within couple of minutes had everything we needed to look at. He also stayed with us for the entire process of tile selection and decision making, made his recommendations which we ended up going with.nI can only say, house floors look amazing now!
