Our salesperson Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable! It was a wonderful shopping experience all around! Will most definitely return for future furniture needs. I purchased two leather recliners at La-Z-Boy and had issues with the firmness of the seat. The warehouse and Chris helped me get this issue resolved by replacing the seat foam. Thank you for the excellent service and now I am enjoying my comfortable recliners. Would recommend these recliners which have a modern look while being comfortable.

Patty Grace the store manager at the Melbroune, FL location warmly greeted us as we entered. We were shopping for a family member who had just had emergency surgery and was in a lot of pain. We asked to see in stock leather recliners that would help her. Patty showed us our options and how to make it better for her height and condition. They had the perfect color and due to our need she made magic happen and had it delivered within 45 minutes of us purchasing it. We also found a coordinating sofa to go with the chair. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Very Poor customer service. I bought a Recliner and Table in Sept 2020. The Table immediately fell apart. I still have not received my replacement. February 2021. They will not refund my money. I also was told by the manager , Patty that the owner of this location will not speak to customers. I would not recommend this location of

Shopped at Lazy Boy in Melbourne for a recliner for my sister-in-law who had just returned home from open heart surgery. We were fortunate to be helped by Patty Grace. Not only did she find exactly what we were looking for, she pulled some strings and went out of her way to get same day delivery, despite being very busy from the Presidents Day Sale event. We highly recommend the Melbourne Lazy Boy store and Patty Grace! Thank you Patty!!
