Awesome experience. We were able to just walk around and take our time and figure out what we were looking for. David p. was our salesman and was very helpful and made sure that we got to utilize the deals to the fullest. Very honest and upfront as well. Definitely recommend.

I had just moved to Melbourne and needed a few pieces of furniture. I had been on Kane's website before I even moved here. The set I picked was not available when I arrived in the store, but I ended up with something better! Six months later I bought a house and needed more furniture. I went back to Kane's and Lexi recognized me and my Grandson! I bought a few more pieces of the same set and absolutley love it all! So nice. I love the staff there! This is my reading nook. Love this so much!
I walked into the store and ordered 2 matching chairs with one of the fabrics offered. I was told 12 weeks, took 17. Then, the chairs were dropped at my front door in the boxes. I paid for delivery but set-up is extra and wasn't even offered! I should have gone to IKEA, at least then having to put my own furniture together is expected. Edit: Manager sent someone out days later to put my chairs together. Good customer service.
