Spent 1.5 hours at the house measuring for bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. That was after 2 hours in the 'yard' looking at countertop slabs. Seemed responsive. Never received any pricing or even the courtesy of a phone call that the job was too big? Multiple calls to Hammond never returned. They should have been professional enough to tell me they didn't want the project. Instead they impacted my project critical path.
We love our new kitchen. HD Kitchens & Bath was competitively priced, super fast and respectful of our home. We would not work with anyone else. Highly recommended!
Tried working with Jose a few times. Terrible customer service . Waited 2 months for a completed design/quote and still didn't get it . I voiced my concern on the wait and didn't even get a response . Going elsewhere and you should too
HD Kitchens & Bathroom did a great job on our new kitchen remodel. The project was done quickly with very little mess and we had our new kitchen in 3 weeks.nJose does great work and would highly recommend!
