I would highly recommend this business. Our salesperson was Elizabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about store inventory and pricing. She did a wonderful job of pointing out all promotions and financing offers without any pressure toward any product other than exactly what we were looking for. Even got us a bit of a discount for being a returning customer. I can only hope corporate reads these reviews and acknowledges her great work.
At the store located on 192, I felt safe while shopping for a new mattress. Knowing all the Covid safety protocols they have in place made shopping stress free.nnGino and Carmen offered superb assistance while being patient as I tried just about all varieties of mattresses.nnAfter factoring in all my criteria, I received a great price on my selection.nnIf you are in the market for a new mattress I highly recommend going to see Gino and Carmen at Mattress Firm.

Felix warmly greeted me upon my arrival and walked me through the Mattress selection process. We were able to efficiently select the adjustable bed and mattress that best fit my needs. Felix definitely has a good bed side manner and is very knowledgeable in the products he sells. He graciously wrote me up a quote for my consideration and followed up with a telephone call to let me know about a special sale price they could offer on the model I selected. After checking out some other stores and doing some online research, I returned to Felix to seal the deal.
The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind. I ended up getting better products than I went in there for at really good prices. Will definitely go back for my next mattress.
