I'm rating this with 4 stars because we didn't buy anything to review that part of the business. We did go in to have a look around. The guy working was very nice and didn't follow us like a car salesman. We liked the selections of beds they had and prices seemed reasonable.

July 9, 2019 I came into Mattress1One and purchased a new mattress that was listed as a Closeout sale. Jonathan, the sales manager, said they had new and floor models available for sale. I said I would buy the mattress only if it was brand new and not used in any way. The next day, I received a call saying the floor model was ready. I told the salesman, that I did not want a used mattress and asked for a refund. He said no problem, we would credit your account and you should receive a credit in 5 business days. I asked my wife to go into the store that day August 10th to get a receipt showing the credit. The salesman gave her a paper saying a refund would happen. When we came back from vacation, 14 days later, the credit was not posted. I called the company business office and the woman said no credit had been issued from the store. She said she would initiate the process which could take 72 hours. I started a case with my credit card co. 15 days after not receiving my refund. 24 hours later Mattress1One gave me my refund. This is poor customer service. I recommend you be careful on purchasing from Mattress1One.

Joe is the man, not high pressure at all and is honest about what products he reccommends. Super Friendly as well
