Would recommend this place to everyone! Geno provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door! My boyfriend and I spent close to three hours in the store trying every mattress out and were even undecided at certain points if we were going to “sleep on our decision.” Geno was extremely patient and accommodating. Geno and his staff even switched out a mattress and placed it on the adjusting base so we could try it out. Not only did we have amazing customer service, we were provided with BBQ chicken, brisket, hamburgers and hots dogs that they were cooking in honor of President’s Day! Doesn’t get better than that! Our mattress was just delivered this evening and everything went smooth and perfect! We went to Mattress Firm Clearance today. We tried many mattresses. Carmen was very knowledgeable and patient. We did leave, went to another mattress store, but returned to Mattress Firm Clearance later in the day. Carmen was once again very patient. Purchase made, delivery coming tomorrow and we left the store very happy. Yes, I recommend this store and will go back if the need arises!

Felix was knowledgeable and very courteous in helping my husband and I select our new mattress. He showed us several options and gave us information to help us make a decision without any sales pressure. Next day delivery was an unexpected surprise. In these pandemic you have longer wait times for delivery but not here!

I can't tell you how happy I was with this company. I walked out of there felling really good. The sales men were top notch. I recommend this company 100%. And I got a great deal to top it off. No pressure, no BS. More importantly I didn't fell like I was being giving a line of bull. They know there stuff. Great job guys. And they make donations to the kids in forster care. Will never go anywhere else.

What a delightful experience . I was greeted promptly and courteously by Allen . He respected the fact that I know little or nothing about mattresses and he took the time to interview me to right fit me for the mattress that I could keep for many years.nnWe looked at not just the size of the mattress but the level of firmness, quality ratings and of course, I asked for any special deals they may have going on in the store.nnAllen was able to reaffirm my buying decision not to just jump to the cheapest set on the sales floor but really look at the value of their current offer for qualified customers of 0% financing for a few years. I felt very well taken care of he walked me through the process and did not try to quick close the sale. I will definitely be sending family and friends in to see Allen at Mattress Firm on 192 in Melbourne, Florida .
