I had a moderate leak in my shower faucet. I called on a Saturday at 7:30pm. It was hard to get any plumbing work on the weekend. But Brian answered my call. I was able to send videos, pictures and text messages for him to make a diagnosis on the phone. He gave me a reasonable quote. His prices are fair. He was patient enough to walk me through turning off my water heater to decrease and to stop the leak temporarily. From the text messages, he got all parts for the repairs prior to his arrival. He showed up, professional and knowledgeable. He repaired it in no time, and before i know it, was back to normal again. It's funny how a shower leak, on a Saturday night, could create so much stress and unnecessary excitement in my life; and once repaired how peaceful things are again.
The office assistant set me up with a same-day appointment and even called back when a time slot earlier in the day opened up. Peter and Geiman did a superb task of getting under the building to repair the busted sink drainage line. They worked and were neat, cleaning up after. I would recommend them.
Very happy I called this company. Justin arrived at my home on time and with all tools to replace my bathroom faucets. Thanks for making Palm Bay homeowners like me happy.
