Wonderful massage
Had a gift card for a massage here. The massage therapist was great, and the massage itself was good. However, when I checked my credit card statement, they had charged my card for the full massage. I called the store, and the receptionist said that a manager would call me back. I waited a week, and they didn't. I called again, and the receptionist apologized and said the manager would call me later in the day. They didn't. I called a 3rd time, and they finally refunded my card.
The staff were super nice. However, the massage was not at all what I expected or what we paid for. Also, when told not right now for the membership, they pry on why not instead of respecting your answer.
I’ve been getting massages here for years. Their prices are reasonable, especially if you are a member. The facility is clean and relaxing, and all of the masseuses are licensed, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve even gotten a prenatal massage here, which was amazing. I highly recommend this facility for massages. The pain relief and feeling of relaxation you will have afterwards are priceless. Recently I’ve had massages by Crystal and Lisa and they were both wonderful. I will say I had my first facial done here two years ago and didn’t care for it. My whole face peeled afterwards. I don’t know what products were used but I haven’t had a facial since; I have sensitive skin.
Just booked an appt with them for a time a few days from now and they called to cancel an hour later saying the person assigned to me doesn't massage male clients. After reading other reviews here, it sounds like this is a common occurrence and their booking system is broken. The only reason it's not a 1 star review is because the person calling me was polite about it. I'll be looking for another place to go.
