Very clean. Nails came out super good & they were also able to fix the imperfections that the last salon did. They could work a bit more on the ambiance of the place. I would give 5 stars if they could provide more colors and do more designs like the client asks.
Lily is the best hands down!! Been coming to her for a year and a half on a regular basis and will not go to anyone else for anything! I am so picky about detail, thickness and dont like it when they try to up sell you into the more expensive services ud83dude12... She has never tried any of that! She is very particular and precise! I will and do highly recommend her to anyone who asks where to get their nails or eyebrows done!
Absolutely amazing customer service. I have been going here for almost two years and feel so loved and welcomed by all of the staff. I even tried out some other places when traveling and I always compare to Elegant nails. I will continue to go there to be pampered.

Hands down one of the most thoughtfully decorated nail spas in Winchester. This place is a local go-to when I want a relaxed environment. Very kind staff and a beautiful decor and ambiance. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered. I really appreciated Tina who did my nails. She has amazing attention to detail! 10/10 would come back again!
