Great place to pick up a mattress! John and Felix are so helpful. They gave us a ton of help without being overbearing or pushy. It was a super comfortable experience and I would totally recommend shopping here!
This is the second time I have gotten mattresses from this location. John and Felix were great in helping use find the perfect mattresses for us specially since I will behaving back surgery in a few days. There team just delivered them today and we have a difficult delivery there team had no problem handling it. We are very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend John and Felix and there delivery team.
Very very pleased with the service and deal John provided, not only with our son's mattress purchase and delivery to Richmond, but also our recent purchase. The delivery was on-time, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend this mattress Warehouse location!
Came to purchase mattress and adjustable frame. 1st off no info on mattresses concerning specifics. When a salesperson finally did come to help I told him what our needs were basically said that one, said put your shoes on bottom cover to keep clean. Gave no info then went to sit on another and played on his phone. Didn't give us any info about what we were looking at or for!!!If they were busy is one thing there was only one other couple in there and the other salesman was helping them. Therefore, instead of spending any money there today. We left and spent purchased elsewhere!!
