The new manager is extremely rude to people. She is unpleasant to deal with. Yes, i was behind on my payments, but no reason for the hostile attitude. I have bought and paid off several items. But now, i will never deal with them again as neither will i refer anyone to them.
Went to check about renting a recliner and sofa . Most was way overpriced and stained up . Have rented from you guys before and had excellent service . Guess it's just change of managers and employees in store who don't care .
Service is horrible. They over price and have damaged items.i Suggest when in the store look up your item online . Very unprofessional.when shopping best you ask for the manager

Sales Rep was fine, others were not. Too much hassle to deal with them. Called on day of delivery, said furniture wouldn't fit. They didn't even try! We will not go back! We went somewhere else, bought same size couch, fit easily, much happier!
