Chris helped us, extremely professional and made us feel comfortable. We told him we wanted to look around by ourselves and would let him know when we were ready or had questions. That’s what he did. No other employees nagged us either. The store is in great shape and is inviting, very clean. Great selection. We are pleased with our experience and will be repeat customers in the future.

This was my our time in an Ashley furniture. We were greeted by Smitty and given just the right amount of attention without feeling harassed or pushy. The furniture is of better quality than some other stores. We bought new furniture and are extremely happy with the entire experience. Thank you to Smitty and Clay for being so helpful and answering all of our questions.

Clay was very warm and welcoming. He answered all of our questions without being pushy. We would feel very comfortable shopping here for any future furniture needs.nnUPDATE: We ordered our furniture on 1/3, with a deliver date of mid February. It’s now 3/8, delivery date is “estimated” as mid April. There’s one piece of a sectional that we’ve been waiting on the entire time. Will we be cancelling and ordering from somewhere else. The initial sal may have been good, but there is poor to zero follow through.

We enjoyed shopping at Ashley’s and found the perfect couch for our family at a great price. Madison, our associate, made the experience easy and comfortable. She didn’t put pressure on us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are happy costumers! I also really enjoyed the layout and decor of the store. Super clean as well!

Ell was our sales rep. She was amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and overall a pleasure to work with. We purchased a bedroom set a few weeks ago and we returned today to purchase a sofa set. We worked with her both times and if we return to purchase any more items, we will definitely choose to work with her again!
