Best place to get furniture. You won't be disappointed. Got mine delivered 4/6/21. Very nice quality. You don't get pressured buying. Sales staff treats you great. Prices and selection is fantastic. Go see them The delivery drivers are professional and courteous. Any more furniture sales I will be going back to Robert's.
My partner and I were buying our first mattress together and wanted to be sure we were getting the right value. After going several other places, we checked out Robert’s. Cliff greeted us promptly but also gave us time to look around and get some ideas. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He was able to let us know which beds were in stock which was our main concern. When we decided, it was a smooth transaction with no surprises. He even held the mattress until we were able to transport it that night. I highly recommend Cliff for your needs! Great prices and selection, as well as a super clean display room- we plan to purchase more furniture there in the near future!
This is absolutely the place we will continue to go to to furnish our new home. Friendly, helpful but not pushy, and just a family store kinda feel. I walked in there and instantly wanted to re-do our living room. The prices are very reasonable, which was our primary reason for going there instead of Ashley's. The furniture is the same, but the pricing is much better (at least $200 lower on many pieces) and the sales peeps are just nicer and less pushy. The showroom is of course smaller but there is a giant screen to scroll through more selection. This makes me feel like I'm paying for the furniture, not paying for a ginormous luxury showroom. I 100% recommend this store, we are so glad we found it.
My husband and I visited last week and the associate took the time to walk around the store with us to point out which sectionals would be available immediately. He went through all of that effort just for us to pick a different one that would have to be ordered lolnHe got us an even better deal than what was listed on the tag and we can’t wait for our sectional to arrive in the new year!
We haven’t picked up our purchase yet, but I’ll share our experience. I stopped by to see what they had. If you’re looking for honest guidance, excellent customer service, and affordable prices, Roberts Furniture is your place to go. We were lucky to have Jennifer Miller helping us out. I went on my own to see a sectional, and I came back with my husband later the same day just because of her. She was very patient and helpful. She knows what you’re looking for even if you don’t really know it! She is all about helping you get what you need and not whatever they have in stock. We’re super happy with our purchase and we’ll be back soon to get a recliner.nI can’t say much about the quality yet, but I’ll update this post in a couple of months.
