Dave Gay was awesome to work with! He was attentive without hovering. He answered everything we asked with patience. He kept us informed every step of the way from choosing furniture to purchasing to delivery. The store has a welcoming group of employees as you come in, has a great selection of everything, fair prices and reasonable delivery times, considering there’s a pandemic and some things are back ordered. We have shopped at other stores locally but we always come back here because of the things I’ve already mentioned. I highly recommend Grand!nThe ONLY negative experience I had was with the grouchy old guy in the office area where you pay. He obviously hates his job and is not shy about spouting off at the mouth in front of customers. Foul language and complaining are obviously his specialty. If we weren’t already repeat customers and didn’t already like the store, he might have run us off. Not a professional attitude, that’s for sure!
David Gay (Dave) was a great help during my shopping trip today. Even though the store seemed busier than usual and each associate seemed to be helping multiple parties at time, Dave was very accesible. He was eager to help me figure out measurements and very helpful with reminding me of available inventory. I’m very pleased with my experience today. Thank you Dave for making my very important purchase hassle free!
Perfect furniture buying experience! I came in with an idea of what I wanted and immediately was directed to the exact piece I’ve been searching for online for months. I will continue to come back to Grand again and again because of the knowledge and service of their specialists.
We purchased our couch in Jan 2020 it was delivered to our garage in March with 3 broken legs. Due to covid they could not bring it in the house. We notified them right away and as of today have yet to get our replacement legs and dust cover. They sent a repair person out in December , yes December of 2020... Almost a year later... with the wrong colored legs. In Feb they sent the same person out and that time the leg color was right but the legs were the wrong size. How difficult is it to check the order and get the right replacement legs size and color the first time. I called them last week, sent yet another set of pictures and after a week no call. They do not care to make things right and hope we go away. I don't think we will be purchasing furniture from them in the future.
Candace was extremely helpful to us in both advising us and finding exactly what we needed. Staci assisted with the sale and they both are knowledgeable and courteous. Our experience at Grand was completely positive. We appreciated the greeting when we walked in, the compliance with keeping shoppers safe from the Covid virus and the professionalism of all the staff from the office to the delivery. Thank you
