So this is a different experience than many people have. I came to pay my water bill in a snow storm and ended up getting stuck. I went over to a man in a Fredrick water truck and he was more than happy to help and some other men pulled up in a truck, already knowing what happened, and said that they would gather up some more men to pull my car out. AAA says they would be 2 hours and they got my car out in minutes. They were such a good help and it turned my day around completely. Thank you Frederick water company!

This has to be the worst public utility I have ever seen. We were charged 60.00 in admin fees for my tenant to get water that he previously had for the last year. Winchester City government doesnt do that.

Can they receive a rating lower than one? Have never dealt with such a rude person. If I had an option, I would not get water from the company that hired this person. Please provide customer service training for the person who is answering the phone at extension four. She is very condescending and arrogant. I can only imagine how she treats disadvantaged people who are unable to pay their bills regularly if she treats a regular paying customer as she did me. Sad, very sad.

Customer Service is condescending and rude. I called to ask a question about a bill and spoke with Caroline. I’m so sorry to have bothered her while she was at work. And, if her goal was to make me feel like an idiot, she succeeded.

The absolute worst. They force property owners to pay bills tenants skip out on. They also refuse to shut the water off as the tenant is not paying the water bill, running it up even further for the owner to eventually pay. And they don't care, since they get their money either way. Customer service is horrible, as well.
