Had our reception here last month. Place was lovely, food was great, but we and our guest felt like the service was lacking. During the reception I needed help and it took me about 10 minutes to find somebody who could find somebody that could actually help me. Kept being told all the other employees we're at a different event. Payed a service charge for very little service. Can't help but feel that since we weren't such big spenders our needs weren't as important. I am still glad we used the club though. It was nice that they had everything included in the price such as table cloths and centerpieces. That did make wedding planning a breeze.
