This place is a joke the social workers never call you back they make outrageous false accusations as they look down their nose at you as well as use personal judgment based solely on the way you look and then try to portray things as facts when they have absolutely no evidence to back up these claims or at least they refuse to show it to you!

After several years of poor service, I am writing this review. My elderly mother receives medicaid. I handle her medical affairs. Several times her coverage was canceled for no good reason. She is housebound and has had no major change in income, yet we go through the same difficulties annually. These difficulties require me to deal with the local office on Kent St. Overall, they have been unhelpful, insensitive, and outright rude. I am extremely disappointed in both policies and people.

The system is a joke, they create plans for children to be safe but don’t follow through. I lost my nephew because y’all didn’t do your jobs! You should be ashamed!
