I have had multiple bad experiences with this post office. Mostly my mail not being delivered in a timely manner but also not recieving all my mail from the post office. I had another issue today and today I decided I would voice my frustrations with the supervisors of customer service Brandy N. Troxell. Well that was a mistake. I'll admit that I had a tone with her from the beginning because of the constant issues I have with this post office. However before I could even get the first sentence out of my mouth she went in on me she raised her voice was disrespectful and rude. When I asked for the post masters information and hers she slammed it down on the table in front of me. Her excuse was that I had a tone and she's human how ironic that I'm human and frustrated from many bad experiences with the post office that she works at. I worked customer service before and that's part of the job dealing with people who are upset and not turning around and acting 200% worst than the customer who raised their voice. I warn you if you have an issue I would skip over Brandy N. Troxell supervisor of customer service and go straight to the post master.

Service is usually really good. They get people in and out fairly quick. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is because I moved recently, had to have mail box keys made. Paud 30 bucks for them and was told they get made fridays and can be picked up Saturdays. Thats a lie, the administrative office is closed on Saturdays apparently. It wouldn't be a big deal but I made a special trip to come into town just for these keys because I was told they'd be ready saturday.

I am sorry for the mail carriers and postal employees that are going to loos there jobs because usps management is incompetent. I’ve called them 3 time to find out where my package is and the bad system they have put in place can only tell me it has been rerouted to another address. The new address is 10 miles away and it has been 5 days and I still do not have the package.nnI gave 3 stars because our mail delivery is good it’s the management that needs to be improved.
