I had my first ever Brazilian today with Carol and WOW! I had SUCH a great experience! Carol made me feel so comfortable and took her time to explain everything both before and during the sugaring process. I literally felt like we were old friends with our conversation! At times, I forgot I was getting hair pulled out of my body! Like, what?! Amazing. If you are thinking about sugaring, definitely book it! You won't regret it! ud83dudc95ud83dudc95

Amazing First Experience!nOutstanding customer service and scheduling assistance. Echo ensured a great experience, and was very thorough. No discomfort or awkwardness at all. I've been getting Brazilians for over a decade, but this was my first true sugaring experience. I was pleasantly surprised and love the results.

I am amazed at the way this business is run. Impeccable customer service. They do EVERYTHING they can to make sure their clients know they are loved and appreciated. I personally see Carol for waxing and she is such a gift to the world. She is so personable and pleasant to be with. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes her time to explain the science behind sugaring and makes you feel like you two have been close friends for years. The team goes above and beyond to show their appreciation for their clients' business and it made an impactful impression on me. I would recommend this facility for any and all spa needs: massage, facials, waxing, you name it, if they provide the service, you should choose Sugar and Skin Spa!

This was my first time getting a sugar wax. I was very nervous but the young lady Echo took very good care of me. She made sure that she explained the process to me before hand. Also she explained every step of the way during the waxing process. She told me to take deep breaths and when I exhaled that’s when she would rip. It was a little painful but not to bad. It was Avery pleasant first experience. The receptionist was very nice as well upon arrival. She made sure I had a sample to try for exfoliation when I left for after care which I could purchase in my next visit. Overall great establishment and great customer service.

I highly recommend Echo. She is very professional. She is knowledgeable and was so understanding considering it was my first time. She communicated every step of the process so there were no surprises and I was able to ask questions, which she had no issue answering and she allowed me to take breaks as well. I had a great experience and I have already booked my appointment for next month.
