Best chain restaurant. Not usually a fan of chain restaurants but I am a fan of cracker barrel. The feel of the old time Americana restaurant is a appealing to me and my family. The food was really good. I had the biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were fresh and warm out of the oven. Kids had grandmas breakfast and ate every bite. Couldn't ask for more. If you've never been to a cracker barrel you really need to give it a try.

Well stopped in for breakfast about 6:00 a.m. at the beginning of our little mini snowfall and we had the absolutely pleasure of dealing with a girl from Kentucky who was as sweet as a Rose! For her age she was extremely level-headed, very interactive and easy to talk to, and most importantly her customer service was top notch. She definitely shined up bright light on your establishment and we would absolutely recommend to everybody in the area to go ask for Autumn Rose... She will make you feel like family!!

Called 5 times NO ONE Answered!! Went in to order something for take out, Hostess absolutely blew me off, never even came by to say welcome? She went in the back, never came out. Waited 5 minutes, finally a waitress who had a table by the door acknowledged I was there, listened, then said she’d take my order. Very pleasant , said that’s what we are here for. SHE did a great job! Food was good. Good thing no other people were waiting to get something to eat at 4pm. Sad.

Cracker Barrel in Winchester, VAnMy friend & I went today and had the best dinner experience. Our server was the sweetest person, name = Justin. He had just the right amount of attentivenes. We both had special requests that he handled with a smile. Food was great too, but Justin made it the perfect meal!
