Went there for dinner and was disappointed. The reviews were great, but the place was not.nWhen we sat down we were given 2 menus to share between 4 people. Not sure what the deal is with that.nI ordered peel and eat shrimp and shrimp bisque. The shrimp was very bland. If it was boiled in old bay they must've not used much. The presentation was more of a roadside diner than a nicer restaurant.nnThe shrimp bisque was more of a bland gumbo taste rather than a nice rich bisque. It was very watery and a dark gravy brown. I've never seen brown shrimp bisque so I can only assume the guy making it had no idea what he was doing.nnThe positive reviews do not reflect the quality of food served.nnThere was no depth of flavor to any of the food I ate and it seemed like it was just an after thought tossed onto a very limited menu.nnYour experience may vary, but mine was not good. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be returning.
I'm not big on this type of food but MAN did they nail it! I will definitely be coming back for the great quality food, especially for the price, which is hard to come by around here. The seating is limited but probably so they can focus on their awesome dishes without being swamped. I recommend this to locals and passerbys alike ud83dudc4d
We went to dinner there last night for my birthday. I have eaten lunch there many times and it has been excellent. Last night was the first time for dinner and there are just not enough words to describe how good it was. I feel it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Winchester. It is small, quaint, service was unbelievable. It is my choice from now on.
One of the best restaurants in Winchester. Great, fresh food! A little pricey, but fair considering the quality of food - sandwiches are very reasonable though.
Got the ribeye and lamb plates. The ribeye was flavorful and cooked to order, however it had almost near sear on the outside, and I also was expecting a thicker cut instead of a large thin cut.nnGiven the price, I would have expected better.
