This store used to be top notch.nnIf you drink your coffee with sugar make sure to get some sugar packets because they flat out refuse to fix their sugar machine. It's been like this for over a year. When it's $3 for a cup of coffee it sure would be nice to get it the way you like it. I shouldn't have to return to the store to get sugar for my coffee.nnIts almost like they're trying to cut back sugar for people. I don't need them to make those decisions for me. I just want what I paid for.nnIts very consistent and has been like this for over a year. Ever since they changed management, they just can't get it right.
We love Dunkin however I was a bit upset that I didnt get the doughnuts that I requested for my daughter and I wasn't told that they didn't have what we requested.
Food was fast. My cashier was great but there was one worker that cursed like a sailor
Please go to another location, save yourself the hassle. When I picked up my on-the-go order, we were missing a drink, when I asked for it I was told I had not ordered it. They had tossed my receipt and I had to prove my order. I then checked my food and was missing the ordered donut to which I was told all the confusion was my fault, I should have gone thru drive-thru.
Ever since new management came I have not gotten a good cup of cold brew. They water it down so much. I have told them time and time again. Only to go through their ears. I wish there was a way to get in touch with owner.
