We purchased the 15 foot swim spa from Luxury Pool and Spa after much research. From the beginning to the end we had a fantastic experience. Great to deal with, knowledgeable and not “pushy” at all. They gave us all of the information to make an informed decision. The delivery went very smooth, courteous guys and a quality install as well as “training”. A great experience and highly recommend. Very nice to have this local business with quality products and people. If interested, don’t hesitate!!
Luxury Pool & Spa installed our endless pool about 2 months ago. It went flawless, great team of folks. Since then, they have been supportive to any questions we have, always very helpful. If you looking for any type of spa, I would strongly recommend checking them out.
Joe and Brent were very knowledgeable about their products and they took the time to make sure we bought the right hot tub to suit our needs. Thank you guys for taking the time to explain everything to us. The delivery guys were awesome too! We use our hot springs hot tub daily and wish we would have gotten one sooner!!! This was the best investment we've ever made.
The owner Joe is a very professional and low-key salesman, very responsive to phone calls and questions long after the sale was complete. The guy Brett who delivered the tub and directed the installers was polite, respectful and totally respectful. It was a pleasure dealing with both.
Staff were courteous, and thoughtful. All questions asked were succinctly and honestly answered. Received very good value for my money. Delivery and installation were expedited and efficient. Post installation assistance has been superb.
