This place is amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they answered within the second ring. The lady sounded so professional over the phone and they offer quick appointments. As soon as I arrived to my appointment the waiting area was so nice and clean. The receptionist was very sweet and kind. The doctor that saw me for my issue was very kind and explained every step of the procedure. I am now able to hear again and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this place to anyone
I practice otolaryngology in Richmond and sometimes have patients who live or work closer to Harrisonburg and need a good ENT nearby. I always recommend they see Dr. Robinson. Highly skilled clinician and surgeon. He always communicates back, and I can rest knowing my patients are well cared for.
Very appreciative of Dr. Gates and his staff at Meadowcrest ENT. I had a hole in my ear drum for the last 22 years and was afraid of having the surgery. Dr. Gates put my mind at ease and i had the procedure done in june to repair it. My hearing is now where it should have been and i can go swimming where as before i couldn't go under water. Thank you to Dr. Gates and your amazing staff.
