Vy and everyone at the Salon is very polite and friendly. They are always on time for the appointments and do an Amazing job. They always do their best to accommodate you when calling for appointments and even better once I’m done with my service I can schedule my next visit to my availability. Keep up the great job guys! This place is an absolute joke.nI’ve tried 3 different times to get services . The first time the lady on the phone told me I could come at 11:30. When arrived another person said I needed a appointment. And of course no one could be bothered to help me do so.nThen, I called 10 days in advance and the lady said she couldn’tnSchedule what myself and friend wanted done. I told her we both work, had to be after 4:30. She repeated to me “we can do pedicure and manicure at 2:30, you come at 2:30.” Like this business is terrible.

After visiting several places in Harrisonburg, I had these beauties done at Rubi Nails. I sincerely don't know why these other places have so many good reviews, I have been doing acrylics for almost 20 years and I know when a place has quality or not. This is the best place I have found so far, the technician who did my nails was truly professional in every detail, everything even the customer service was perfect. The place is fairly new, and looks super clean and neat. I haven't tried their other services but when it comes to acrylics they're perfect, a bit pricey but very beautiful gorgeous nails ud83dudc85 Michael is the person to go when you want beautiful acrylic nails.

Love Rubi's. Super clean and all of the manicurist are very nice. Love that it is by appointment; no sitting and waiting for hours!
