Blossom Spas is my go-to nail place. They are always friendly and I can count on walking out with a lovely manicure.nI also really appreciate all the precautions they have taken surrounding COVID-19. Masks, dividers, and temperature screenings all help me feel comfortable keeping this small bit of normalcy amid the craziness.
Went in for a scheduled signature manicure. One nail tech started and another took over. The new one did not wash her hands before sitting with me. They both used an “old” file and the tools were not clean either. The nail tech complained to the tech beside her about how she doesn’t get enough appointments and just general complaining. She did not complete the manicure before getting up. Very sad.
I asked Sandy to remove the gel that I had on my feet and hands. The tools used were not new, which due to COVID, has been a new implementation by nail salons. The removing of the gel from both areas was done extremely poorly. The nail filer and nail filing machine were used vigorously, and she kept filing my skin. This was painful and even more so when she put the alcohol on it. She then “cut” my nails, but didn’t shape them at all. She would clip them once and move on. My nails were left rough and even. Then, there was a wet area by my feet that I nearly slipped on. Thank goodness this was my first and last visit.
Convenient online booking, very clean and professional, kind and friendly. They did a great job and offered more services and value for the same cost as other nail salons, much more spa-like. Love the relaxing atmosphere. First time and will definitely be coming back.
