Tai is AMAZING!! She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to really understand the source of the issue. She also is fantastic at giving suggestions for at home stretches and exercises to help.

Tai is an excellent masseuse. She will work on your areas of concern and then find all the spots you didn't even realize were issues. Going back again soon!

My experience at Refreshing Effects was amazing. Perfect relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable environment. It is evident that Tai has a passion for what she does and is truly genuine. She even called to follow up a few days after my lymphatic drainage massage to check-in and see how I was doing. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and definitely cares for her clients. Highly recommend!!!!
