My favorite person to work with at this salon is Jessica. The difference from when I walk in and walk out is absolutely amazing. Today I went in and my hair was so crunchy I thought there was no hope for me. Once again Jessica went above and beyond. The cut was fantastic. She also used a deep conditioning treatment which was a godsend. I can’t stop touching my silky smooth hair. She always explains the process to me which I highly appreciate. She creates such a wonderful experience. I’ve been to more stylists than I can count and I can by far say that my experience here has topped all of them. I can’t think of a single criticism. If you’re thinking about going ask for Jessica you will never be disappointed!

Madison is amazing! I live out of state (my family lives in the area). I like her work so much that I book my haircut and color with her when I am in town. My visit this time came on the tail end of a very busy week due to a family member’s health. Madison not only gave me a cut and color that I loved, but I also felt lingering stress melting away as she was so gentle with my wash and blow dry. I left loving my new cut and feeling so refreshed. Her prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Estela is the absolute best! She is so talented and exceeded my expectations! After receiving the worst coloring imaginable from a different salon. I came to Estela with hopes she could fix it and she did just that! It looks SO much better and I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely be coming here from now on!

Pinar was absolutely amazing with her skills in facial services. I thoroughly am amazed at big the difference the lash perm and brow tint made along with how amazing my skin feels from the facial. She was very professional yet also very sweet and comforting in answering questions regarding best services for skin needs. I felt she was knowledgeable in what to recommend as well as what to do for future skincare maintenance. I will be continuing to visit for my treatment of pampering myself.

I have been a loyal customer to The Studio for over a year. I visit every 4-5 weeks for a root touchup. On my most recent visit, the color did not process as normal. I reached out to my stylist and she invited me back in to touch up the most pronounced section. After I was already sitting in the chair, I was told that I would be charged for the touch up and was asked “if that was okay?”. I was beyond frustrated that I was even asked to pay additional after I already paid for the original service. Because my roots didn’t look like they were done, I stayed and sucked it up.nnAfter my color was applied, I went to the register and was given my total. $2.60. I was appalled by even being asked to pay $2.60! For someone who has been a loyal, and consistent client, I would have expected that the stylist take care of it, as sheer principal since I was inconvenienced for begin with. I bring my own hair product to wash/condition with. You’d think they would spare me the insult.nnThe Studio has increased prices twice in the year I’ve been a client but they’ve failed to mention that prior to due service, or even during their appointment reminder by-phone. Instead, the stylist informed me of the change once I was already sitting in the chair and both times asked “if that was okay?”nnThe Studio may have good stylists but lack professional courtesy. To say the least, I am no longer a client.
