I’ve seen Erika once (so far) for a lip wax. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt super comfortable. She knew what she was doing and did an amazing job! I would recommend Skin and Zen to anybody looking for a great skin care experience.nnI would also recommend to any first timers to arrive at the location about 10-15 mins head of the appointment. I was one of the people walking around the complex until somebody else showed me where to go.

I've had several bad experiences with waxing from other places but this one was quite pleasant. I was walked through what would happen and and asked questions to make it more relaxing. It was a soothing environment.

This place is great! Michelle is more than a massage therapist. She is knowledgeable in pain mgmt and familiar with pain relieving techniques. My wife sees Kim for facials and we both love this place. RECOMMENDED!!!
