My shopping experience was absolutely brilliant. Word of mouth from a co-worker led me to visit this mattress firm store. My wait time wasn't long as the rep had someone else before me. When my time came, the rep knew exactly what I wanted. I got an incredible deal & I have the rep to thank for that. Delivery is free with a two day window. I was in an out under 30mins. I got a good deal from a experience rep & I will definitely recommend anyone to go there.
Customer service was amazing at the Harbourview location in Suffolk! I went in and they found what I was looking for immediately. I ordered there but picked up from the Chesapeake Square location and the same service was given there as well!! I will definitely be back!!!ud83eudd70❤
Today I made the big decision to upgrade my mattress to a king. A huge investment for a good nights sleep. I had a one on one interaction with Brad, the manager. He’s patient, knowledgeable and equally important he’s very personable. I had an idea of what I wanted before I entered the store and he answered all of my questions that helped make my decision informed and easier. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new mattress and ask for Brad. He’s AWESOME!!
