Sadly, manager does not understand customer service. I will likely buy elsewhere due to the manager. I brought in 2 defective items and wanted to exchange for 2 others. She said, no receipt, no exchange. I typically spend $20 a visit. One time I purchased $85 of items for the homeless and I donate the bags to a food pantry and the receipt was in one of those. I .hope they will hire a new manager that understands the concept.
