So they get the second star because the bed was very comfy... So weed smoke and ash in elevator, I guess not there fault. Fire alarm at 1am not there fault. Bad language by hotel workers cussing a customer for whatever reason in the lobby. And a phone call from the police after we leave saying a grey bad was found in the bathroom? Was not mine, not sure what's up with that. All in all a very unpleasant experience all around. But again, bed was comfy. Bad area, unprofessional. And seriously, if you have to deal with the police because you simply stayed in the wrong room I guess? (Like why was this not found before I stayed in there???? Did they not clean beforehand??

We just checked out of this hotel today and we're very pleased with our entire stay! Our room was very clean and the hotels location was central to everything. Virginia, the evening desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. The only negatives I can think of are the elevators are kinda slow and the day time desk clerks could use some lessons from the evening staff on friendliness. We will definitely be back!

I arrived late in the evening, check in was quick, staff always have a great attitude.nShower has extreme hot water which was great after a long day of work. Plenty of pillows, bed soft and comfortable.nI was especially impressed with the LED Light Poles in the parking lot. Normally, hotels only have good lighting near the hotel. Not here, the parking lot was packed. I had to park roughly 200' from the main entrance. No worries here, parking area is lit very well(like a baseball stadium). Very Impressive.nI will be returning, thank you Comfort Suites.

Amazing hotel with excellent service. I always bring my son for his birthday and always have a great experience. Highly recommend and Henry was awesome thank you!

When all the amenities are closed, the prices should drop. My family came in town from florida for a get together in Virginia, most of my family had to leave due to bed bugs and stained sheets. Beware!
